Communication for Organizational Change

This course focuses on communication strategies to effectively navigate organizational change. Topics include change communication planning, employee engagement, overcoming resistance, DEI Communications and fostering a culture of transparency.

This course is ideal for the senior leaders who are contemplating mergers and/or acquisitions, rebranding, international expansion, new line of businesses (including traditional diversification) and crisis preparedness.
