Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communication

Duration: 15 hours (Spread over three days).

This course explores the role of communication in CSR initiatives. Leaders learn to conceptualize and communicate CSR goals to relevant teams, identify and engage stakeholders, define processes and outcomes, find ways to report the social impact their CSR initiatives create, and align CSR initiatives with brand identity. 

 

The course is especially useful for senior leaders of organizations that are mandated to spend at least two percent of their net profits on CSR initiatives.
